This cocktail-making class will be like no other you've ever experienced! In this hands-on and interactive class, you'll be making some of Italy's most famous cocktails. Join us as we not only explore the science and history behind drinks like the Negroni and Spritz, but craft these cocktails with your own two hands!

With different kinds of amaro, vermouth, and other spirits we will find the perfect recipe for you for each cocktail - customised to your taste! For example, let's say you're not the biggest fan of bitter drinks, we will find the spirits that are best for your palate so that you can partake in the famous cocktails while you're here. 

Don't suffer with a cookie-cutter cocktail! Customised drinking is ALWAYS better! ;o)

You will leave with a notecard of your perfect recipe and a list of the spirits used!

Apertivo snacks will be provided and this class is taught by a fluent English speaker and mixologist who has worked in both Italy and the United States!
