Here's what's up: This year, you've decided to amp up your liquor cabinet and finally impress friends with a signature cocktail you've created.

There's only one problem, which is you have no idea what you're doing!

In this hands-on class, you'll be playing around with four different liquors (whiskey, tequila, gin, and vodka) and a bunch of hand-crafted mixers and bitters to create something delicious. We'll walk you through understanding the art + science of mixology in its most basic form: inlcuding taste, exploring flavour pairings, dilution, temperature, mixing, and serving. By the end of class, you'll have the liquid confidence to go forth with Julia Child-like conviction and be an at-home mixologist!
