Debunking the Mystery of Cocktail Making w/ the wonderful Devin Kidner from Hollow Leg

In this hands-on class, you'll be playing around with four different liquors (bourbon, mezcal, gin, and an aperitif) and a bunch of hand-crafted mixers and bitters to create something delicious. Devin will walk you through understanding the art + science of mixology in its most basic form: including taste, exploring flavour pairings, dilution, temperature, mixing, and serving. By the end of class, you'll have the liquid confidence to go forth with Julia Child-like conviction and be an at-home mixologist!
