As the holiday season starts gearing up, take a class that will keep your guests drinking interestingly while taking the stress out of you playing bartender.

At this Whiskey Punch Workshop, we'll work with three different varieties of whiskey and guide you through how to make fresh, easy punches for your holiday parties. Your experience will be hands-on as you craft the punches in a group setting, and of course, try all of the cocktails!

We'll give an in-depth history of the whiskeys we're using, as well as look at what whiskeys pair best with certain flavours. We'll also give you a primer on the science behind mixology, to get you caught up on the 101s of making cocktails.

In addition, we'll show you what garnishes, bitters, and other add-ins you can offer to allow your guests to customise what they spoon into their glass!

Partnering with the Chicago chapter of Women Who Whiskey, an experimental whiskey club for women, HOLLOW LEG is always striving to empower our guests to approach cocktail-making with Julia Child-like conviction.
